Treasure Coast Imports is a two location new and used car dealership group. I built a separate location Internet Sales Department from the ground up. Coordinated with website provider to create new dealership website and bring online. I manage an online vehicle inventory of over 300 vehicles and distribute over 300 internet leads per month to Internet Sales staff. I’ve created procedures for repetitive processes and train staff. Even though it was not mandatory, I became certified to sell both makes of vehicles for 2010, 2011, and 2012. The company uses a DMS and CRM that are on an ASP from ADP. I’ve provided support for maintenance, updates, and upgrades for ADP w.e.bSuite and ADP w.e.b.CRM. I’ve also provided WAN support for multiple T1 and aDSL connections. As well, I’ve purchased and provided desktop support for approx 75 PC’s ranging from Windows XP to Windows 7.

Riverside National Bank was a private community bank with nearly 70 branches along the east coast and heartland of Florida with over 900 employees including 400 at their headquarters in Ft. Pierce, FL. As a part of the Network Operations team, I was involved with purchasing, building, and maintaining the 100+ Windows 2003 servers at the Operation Center and a domain controller in each branch. I assisted in the deployment and maintenance of their IBM BladeCenter, SQL 2005 Enterprise cluster, the migration to an ESX Virtual Infrastructure, the implementation of a DR site, IBM Director, and Backup Exec.

KB Home is a nationwide new home builder with offices in 10 states. They have over 1600 employees and have been a publicly traded company since 1958. I provided complete support for 2 divisions, encompassing over 30 remote offices and 2 division HQ offices, from Flagler County to the greater Orlando area and throughout the Treasure Coast. This included four Windows 2003 file and print servers, several vLANs, and nearly 300 people and Windows XP PC’s. All offices had Cisco routers and most are using Cisco VoIP phones. I designed the network infrastructure and deployed the networks. I managed network security using Norton Anti-Virus Corporate, and performed backup/recovery with CA ARCserve, on the file servers. In addition, I established connectivity and trained and supported users on Microsoft Windows and Office.

Hills Inc is a high-tech capital equipment manufacturing company with customers all over the world and approximately 100 employees. As the sole IT person on staff, I maintained ten Windows Servers, two of which were Windows Server 2003. I ran Active Directory and Exchange 2000. I maintained the key telephone system and installed or rebuilt nearly all of the network cabling. I provided all levels of Help Desk support as well as training on software and hardware. I made all technology related decisions and negotiated a voice and data communications contract that saved Hills Inc over $100,000 for three years.

I taught Microsoft Certification courses out of the Microsoft Press MCSE textbooks for Windows 2000. I set up the computer lab as per the setup guide for that class. The classes went for 8 hours per Saturday and I lectured with Power Point and ran the labs that were in the project guide. I answered questions and made myself available after hours for additional assistance.
