Peter has been working with POPIA for more than 12 years. He participated in the Parliamentary discussions from 2008 to 2012 that resulted in the POPI Act. Over the years he has provided POPIA training on a broad range of POPIA topics. Now that POPIA has commenced he supports clients with their POPIA compliance frameworks, personal information impact assessments, documentation of processing operations, risk assessment, vendor contract management, technical and organisational measures, data subject request handling, consent management, responses to breaches and working with the Regulator.
