Over 30 years of experience in information technology, cost estimating/analysis, and visual communications providing dedicated support to the government, across multiple services and agencies. The span of my professional career has allowed me to become proficient in IT services, administration support of portals/websites, and database management for several databases. Further qualifications include: providing technical, analytical, and help desk support in the form of assisting in data collection, datasets of cost data; daily user IT help desk resolution and customer service requests; developing and writing technical documentation of official instructions, such as manuals, forms, user guides, software requirements/enhancements, and test scripts; using test plans to perform software regression testing on testing platforms for new or modified software applications features included in each sprint; providing cost estimating/analyst support by supplying data, datasets of cost data needed for either an estimate or analytical effort; performing a variety of cost and economic analyses; review and validation of programs Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE)/ Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) Review Requirements, and the required funding, schedule, performance, and supportability of projects/programs/products as they transition throughout the acquisition life cycle. As a subject matter expert in visual communications, I have experience in conveying data and information using design principles to communicate the customer’s thoughts, messages, and ideas in a clear and eye-catching manner. My background includes various visual mediums and elements such as design composition, layout, and creating graphics for marketing materials, advertising campaigns, reports, newsletters, user guides, logos/branding, presentations, and websites/portals. I am skilled at crafting visual graphics such as data visualization, diagrams/charts, and infographics that help the audience process a huge number of data sets, understand relationships, and see trends.
