Born in Slovakia in 1974, family man, business economist and Tyrolean by choice.With 24 years of professional experience in an Austrian private group, I am an accomplished practitioner with extensive management experience in an international environment.I have been responsible for international and cross-border business activities and have delivered high quality services and solutions to our customers, partners and stakeholders.Most importantly, I have many years of management experience, which I have applied very successfully in recent years at top management level. I have developed talented people, led teams of international colleagues, created business and master plans, and aligned budgets, goals and resources with the organisation's vision and values.Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of business units and have been responsible for their commercial and organisational development. Due to my wide range of experience, I consider myself a management all-rounder.I have acquired a wide range of experience, expertise and specialist knowledge through a variety of roles. This has mainly been in the areas of operational & strategic purchasing, international sales, customer acquisition, the development of international customer and supplier networks, the management of strategically important major international customers and the associated negotiation of commercial, qualitative and contractual conditions.In the next stage of my career I would like to build on my existing core competencies and develop them successfully in an open and modern environment.I look forward to the new challenges.
