He has more than 30 years of experience in the architectural, corporate and commercial real estate industries and specializes in real estate advisory, owner’s representation and project/construction management services. Peter brings an extensive background in providing value-based real estate services to client. He can take an assignment from problem identification/definition, to analysis of potential options/solutions, developing a solution through implementation. He is a licensed Architect with an MBA in Finance and understands the complexities of design and construction along with the importance of budgets and getting projects completed on time, within budget and scope. Serve as Board President for well respected Charter Public School providing a college preparatory middle school curriculum for urban families in Kansas City, MO from February 2007 through May 2011. The mission of KIPP Endeavor Academy is to ensure that under privileged students can climb the mountain to and through college.

Prior to forming VISOR Consulting in 2003, he was Senior Vice President & COO with MC Lioness Realty Group and was responsible for the day to day operations of the company overseeing a team of 100 to 130. He supported the company's full array of real estate services by providing the required infrastructure to deliver value added Advisory, Brokerage, Fee Development, Facility and Property Management services to corporate and commercial real estate clients including DST Systems, GE Reinsurance Group, H&R Block, Kansas City Life and UMB.

Prior to the formation of MC Lioness in 2003, he was Senior Vice President at MC Real Estate Services, Inc., a full service real estate firm in Kansas City from 1999 - 2002. He was a member of the Executive Committee and led a combined team of 75 - 100. Mr. Ho was responsible for managing corporate real estate client relationships and led the team in procuring outsourced facility management contracts. He was MC's transition team leader in the combination of MC Real Estate Service and Lioness Realty to form MC Lioness Realty Group, LLC.

From 1995 - 1999, Mr. Ho was Vice President with Harris Trust & Savings Bank in Chicago. He was responsible for managing internal relationships with senior level executives from various lines of business and developing real estate strategies that linked to the their corporate business plans. He completed the corporate office consolidation reducing annual occupancy expense by $1 million.

1990 - 1995, Area Manager of Facilities Design and Administration for CNA Insurance Companies in Chicago. He was responsible for a team of 6 and led the completion of both long and short term facility planning along with project management activities on multiple construction and office relocations across the United States.

Prior to CNA Insurance, Mr. Ho was a space planner and project coordinator with interior design firm Hydzik Schade Associates in Chicago.
