National Role

Development of national programmes and projects to benefit Sancutary's residents, business areas and local communities. Development and operational management of two national small grants programmes and associated project team. Obtaining at least 100% match funding to Sanctuary's investment of £500,000 and supporting community groups and associations to.

Countywide Role

Extended services lead on Pupil referral units across the County and all mainstream schools in Worcester City and Droitwich and their wider communities to develop educational and community engagement projects and programmes. A period line managing Bromsgrove and Redditch early intervention family support teams as a secondment opportunity.

South Shropshire

Managing inter-disciplinary teams who provided an holistic careers, advocacy, support and guidance service to schools, colleges, pupil referral units, secure units, youth homeless hostels and local communities for all young people aged 13-19 in South Shropshire. Management of the youth service across the district for an 18 month period also.
