Peter has 25 years’ history in the hotel management space (Hyatt International, Sheraton Hotels, Park Royal) and 5 years owning independent Hotel properties.In addition, Joanne and Peter have a successful entrepreneurial track record co-owning restaurant, catering, and event businesses (Arizona Restaurants and Bars, Fishermens Wharf Seafoods). Peter’s business acumen, maturity and experience provides the knowledge base that underpins our business strategy and decision making. I commenced my career in hotel management with Hyatt International Corporation in Asia, Oceania and the Middle East. Holding several Senior Management Roles including Director of Sales, Resident and General Manager.In 1984, I became the leasee of the Gemini Motor Inn Randwick and Sheraton Hotel Potts Point. I was involved in the total operation of the businesses including sales and marketing. In 1990, I established the Arizona Restaurants and Bars concept which developed into 5 restaurants over a period of 14 years. In 2004, I purchased the Fisherman’s Wharf Co-op in Nelson Bay.
