Responsibilities for 20 Mega-team facilities included Lean training and implementation, global program management, facility gap analysis, new technology implementation, 3P process.

Responsible for Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management for all molded parts and subassemblies.Specified and purchased over $20 million in automation related to mobile phone subassemblies, IMD and IML processes and state of the art painting processes.Grew start up business unit from an initial $20 million business to a $90 million gloobal business over a period of 3 years.International travel involved trips to Finland, England, Switzerland, and Germany.
