I have been guiding students in a doctoral (DBA) Programme from many parts of this world through a syllabus on Strategic Leadership in a both academic and experiential Approach. It has always been a tremendous pleasure communicating with highly diverse personalities from so many cultures. Especially evaluating dissertations and taking part in defences has let my world shrink to the famous global village
