I am a seasoned Technical Writing Manager in the fintech industry with solid experience in managing content delivery efforts for two core banking systems and other supporting applications that have multiple releases each year. Manage 12 technical writers and provide support to other associates. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful software releases. My passion is to empower teams with the necessary tools, processes, and knowledge so they can be successful. I have obtained this experience by collaborating with the appropriate teams to resolve People, Process, and Technology issues. Some of these experiences include:• Troubleshooting internal processes to assist associates with the correct procedure to follow.• Designing and implementing a skillsets board that enabled associates to see who in the department they can ask for assistance with software skills, hard skills, and soft skills.• Building an associate relationship map for onboarding new employees so they know their project team members and their roles.• Drafting the email responses for managers to use when replying to clients about the feedback they provided on the content deliverables.
