Peter Hommeyer is a founding Partner and the President of Hunter Street Partners, a Minneapolis-based alternative investment management firm focused on fundamentals-driven, asset-oriented credit and equity opportunities across corporate finance, real estate, and specialty finance.Peter is responsible for the management of business development, capital formation, and marketing activities. He has 25 years of experience across private equity and credit, hedge funds, research, capital allocation, and banking.Prior to Hunter Street, Peter was the former Head of Business Development for Whitebox Advisors, where he managed a team of 8 professionals based in Minneapolis, New York, and Austin, TX. Past industry experience also includes roles as Director of Research for Cantor Fitzgerald Investment Advisors and Portfolio Manager at Cadogan Management, BAWAG, and Bank Austria.Peter received a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he was a member of the Farrand Academic and University Honors Programs, and is a CAIA Charterholder.
