My previous role in the fitness industry was a pleasure. I worked for 5 years as a service technician. I was asked to be an assistant trainer to teach potential service providers how to fix, maintain, and complete all service related tasks including all technical documentation and our companies systems. Finally I was promoted into the tech specialist role. I helped coordinated the western half of the U.S. and Canada for service and installations, provided technical support, worked on customer relations, and sold service contracts. Being career driven and self motivated led to my success in the industry. I enjoy challenging work and helping to improve processes which ultimately lead to success of the people and company around me.
