I am a Chartered Surveyor, qualified MRICS since 1985, with over 35 years practical experience as a General Practice Surveyor. I am the sole principal of Peter Hooper Associates, which I established in March 1997, acting for private clients direct and as a consultant to companies on both short term (such as maternity leave cover) contracts and long term consultancy arrangements.I specialise in providing advice to landlords, owners, tenants and occupiers on rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic asset management, in respect of both commercial and residential properties, primarily located in London and the South East, but also across England and into Wales. I am experienced in acting as an Expert Witness, including submitting the case to Arbitration, Court or a Tribunal.
