L13-FD 103 sdtr - UB 6 days over, complex sdtr with issues on well entry - main UB issues 6" hole wash out - sand erosion of down hole tools, foam on surface (last well with water based fluid). AWG-106 sdtr - OB (WI) 21 days under plan, leaving out a liner string. Galleon PG09 - UB 15 days under plan, using Oil Based mud for the first time. K17-FA 101 - UB 6 days over plan, K17-FA 102 - UB 70 days over plan, running WWS for 1st time in full UB mode successfully (world first). Also performed onshore a Coiled tubing UBD (gas containing H2S) on OSH-3. Using Oil Based mud for first time in UB mode. Responsible for the WSDE's scheduling for NAM.

May 2004 - Oct 2004For Itag110 land rig. Performed re-completions (repairs) and abandonments over the whole of onshore NL, incl. 2 Solid Expendable Completion installations in the Groningen field (1 world record for longest SET). Executed, using a small pulling hoist(Itag114), a re-completion on a beam pumper oil well. Almost all wells were executed below the 50/50 estimates. The Itag110 rig achieved a 1 year zero TRC, first time ever for a Dutch land rig. Jan 2004 - Apr 2004For a Snubbing unit working on a life well on the island of Ameland (environmentally sensitive area - transport on ferry and then over beach to reach location). A difficult re-completion that was executed successfully. Also used same unit to surface abandon of a well where the location had already been removed. The company used was a local Dutch snubbing contractor - instrumental in introducing a safety observation system, which is now that companies standard. Sept 1999 - Dec 2003Starting up 2 offshore jack-ups (Noble George Sauvageau & Ensco-71) without incidents. Contract holder for NGS contract. End 2001 started up the Smedvig West Epsilon heavy duty jack-up to drill the longest well ever in NL (7400 m AH TD), also contract holder. In June 2002 started-up the Ensco-80 jack-up after 1 year mothball. Operationally responsible for the NGS rig drilling exploration, development wells and sidetracks and for the West Epsilon. The NGS drilled the first UK well (first X-border operations). Operationally responsible for 2 CT UBD operations (gas, containing H2S) and 1 CT OBD operation drilling out a cemented completion. Moved over to Lowestoft to drill with the Mearsk Enhancer (first cross border operations for UK rig in NL waters) till 12/2003. Involved in implementing new technologies such as Conductorless exploration wells, Cemented Completions, Through Bit logging and Cheap alternative to Rotary steerable (RST).Responsible for the WSDE's scheduling for NAM fo entire period.
