I have been employed in the Disability sector going on 13 years, firstly as a consultant, then as team leader, to become DES manager, overseeing several sites and monitoring two ESAs, throughout Victoria and NSW. In my role as DES Regional Manager I have witnessed many changes to our sector, and as we all know things are getting harder to achieve, outcomes, placements, it certainly is a changing landscape and with the NDIS on our doorstep, things will really take shape in the coming years, for the better. The industry faces many challenges, Eworks has been very successful in obtaining business for our JA contract and the Eworks brand is well known far and wide and our DES program is continuing to run very smoothly. We look forward to a very successful 2016 and beyond
