I lead the Major Projects Group (MPG) for the Infrastructure Business at Stantec, consisting of all transportation and community development Alternative Delivery Projects (ADP) and Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM) projects across North America. I am fortunate to work with an outstanding team of professionals on amazing projects that have significant positive impacts on their respective communities.

Stantec’s Vice President and Transportation Highway/Roadway Sector Leader for eastern North America, comprised of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Mid-West, Gulf, and South-Central US Regions, and the Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Regions in Canada. Responsible for sustaining and strategically growing the highway and roadway sector business throughout the geography, major project pursuits, alternative project delivery pursuits, client satisfaction, and resource balancing.

Stantec’s Vice President and Regional Leader for New England, managing the operations of over 1,100 staff located in fourteen offices, offering diverse technical services in building architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, community development, environmental sciences, power engineering, water resources including potable water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment and distribution; and transportation planning and engineering including highway, bridge, traffic, waterfront/marine, and airport/aviation, along with a wide variety of specialty disciplines. Our staff in New England provide services to a diverse private and public client base, on local, regional, national, and global projects. Stantec has nearly 500 staff in Metro-Boston, over 1,100 in New England, over 2,500 in the northeast, and over 22,000 company-wide, operating in 26 countries. We are better together!

As President and CEO of Fay, Spofford & Thorndike I lead the company through our 100th Anniversary, providing outstanding professional services to our clients and continuing FST’s commitment to engineering excellence. On October 30, 2015, Fay, Spofford & Thorndike merged with Stantec, the North American based, community focused global design firm. Combined, FST and Stantec have nearly 800 employees in New England, over 1,400 employees in the northeast, and over 15,000 company-wide, providing a wide range of architectural and engineering services to a diverse regional, national, and international client base.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Fay, Spofford & Thorndike's subsidiary FST Engineers, Inc., with corporate headquarters located in Melville, NY, and a branch offices in New York, NY, offering services to private and public clients throughout the Tri-State area.

On the corporate level, I serve as Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Fay, Spofford & Thorndike, and serve as President and CEO of our subsidiary, FST Engineers, Inc., servicing the New York and New Jersey markets. On the technical front, I am responsible for the company-wide Aviation and Airport Engineering Group, with airport clients throughout the Northeast. In addition, I am the Principal-in-charge of our company-wide IT Group. I was the Branch Manager of the FST Bedford, NH from 2001 through 2008. My technical background is in Transportation Engineering, including leading the design efforts on two major Central Artery Tunnel Projects at Logan International Airport in Boston from 1992 through 2001.

Worked on public and private projects, including on-call sign projects with the Mass DPW (currently known as MassDOT. Also worked as resident engineer on several assignments, including the I-95 reconstruction project in northern Maine, in 1991.
