- Responsibility for recruitment in divisions: IT, Telco, Technologies- Full life cycle of recruitment process (candidate sourcing, attracting, interviewing, candidate handling and motivating, client management, reporting, business development, administration, etc.)- Candidate management (active searching processes, pre-selection of CV´s, interviews, candidate assessment, etc.)- Client management (single point of contact, full responsibility for client handling - active communication and negotiation, requests handling, feedback consulting, problem solving, reporting, etc.)- Business development – acquisition of new potential clients, business partnership management, business contract negotiation and conclusion- Participation on assessment centres- Training od new colleagues (Internal processes, Presentation and Sales skills, Conduction of Interviews, Labour Code, Internal software)- Participation on setting of standards and processes in company- Administration (client and corporate reporting, contract adjustments, etc.)- Appropriate candidates´ presentations preparation- Networking activities- Key account management
