Management of the hard services engineering team on the Shell Contract at Shell UK Headquarters, London.Manage and lead a team of multi-skilled engineers to complete preventative, proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely completion in accordance with the SLA & KPIs, for a 26 storey owned by Shell and a 10 storey with Shell as tenants.Ensure statutory compliance maintenance and inspections are conducted and documented.Ensure compliance across the contract with health and safety policies at all times.Plan and produce training strategy for all engineers.Provide out of hours and weekend support to the on site engineering team.Produce plans for a 24/7 shift pattern, including authorising and arranging overtime to cover for annual leave and sickness.Authorise, managing and recording leave requests against annual leave allowance.Order of all maintenance materials, equipment, uniform and tools. Including requesting quotes, raising of purchase orders and authorising the payment of invoices.Liaise with external companies to plan and manage contractor site visits. Including vetting contractor provided risk assessments and method statements, arranging site inductions and site access passes.Raise of daily work permits and arranging of hosts for all resident maintenance contractors and one time visit contractors to conduct maintenance on site.Appraisal of annual contractor maintenance contracts.Business change lead and technical support for trial implementation of a new CAFM system, to be rolled across global contract after successful trial.Involved in the remobilisation of the contract, reviewing site assets and re-organisation of site labour.During re-mobilisation of the contract, I also assessed and interviewed engineers whilst working alongside HR during redundancies.Compile the hard services TCB, ensuring adherence to contractual agreed costs with monthly financial review.
