My role is to lead the Centre of Excellence which we have branded the Swiss Re Academy. I'm responsbile, through teams in each global region, to provide learning and development services to all colleagues at all levels in the organisation, in all topic areas. Working with senior stakeholders and in line with our L&D strategy ensuring all development is directly linked to core business requirements. Quite uniquely I’m additionally responsible for providing specialist training to our client insurance company employees.
