Vice President, Employee Relations Specialist
Responsible for handling highly complex employee relations issues including direct responsibility for third party charges and employee litigation. Work closely with managers and staff throughout the United States, as well as interacting with HR staff overseas. Project work included development and implementation of on-line new hire paperwork link, development of company procedures and communications concerning military leaves, corporate card use, and personal e-mail usage. Represented the US on a global committee developing worldwide investigations procedures. Also provide guidance to more junior Employee Relations professionals.
