Peter is the Managing Partner of Avanti Advisory, LLC. Avanti Advisory provides management consulting, finance transformation, large project implementation and outsourcing advisory for the entire outsourcing lifecycle. Peter and Avanti have provided litigation support and expert witness services in several large matters involving outsourcing and technology.Our advisors have over 20 years average outsourcing experience. Avanti Advisors have strong industry experience including: banking, financial services, and insurance, as well as health care, pharma, manufacturing and tech.Peter has over 20 years of outsourcing expertise and has negotiated more than $20 billion (TCV) of outsourcing transactions.Peter was a Managing Director at KPMG, where he successfully led the shared services & outsourcing advisory practice in the financial services industry vertical. He managed teams responsible for sales and delivery of management consulting services involving both ITO and BPM.Peter was Managing Director for the Americas Region at EquaTerra. Prior to the sale of EquaTerra to KPMG, he significantly expanded the firm's financial services practice and grew the firm overall by 25 percent per year.Peter president of TPI and grew the firm for 7 years prior to its acquisition by ISG.Prior to TPI, Peter was the COO of JPMorgan’s Global Technology and Systems Division.Peter is a recognized thought leader who speaks regularly at industry conferences and forums.
