Position summaryTo support, advise and facilitate the People and Culture (P&C) services and organizational development intervention in the Country Office (CO) to enhance organizational performance and individual effectiveness to achieving the overall mission and goals of World Vision Timo Leste Country Office. Ensure aligning of CO P&C processes, systems, policies and procedures with National Office strategy and structure to increase productivity and delivery of services to the poor. Also contributes to the development of country P&C strategy, priorities and annual plan in support of and alignment with National Office (NO) P&C strategies and priorities .Collaborate with other NO/sub-regional functions to ensure that P&C priorities and standard are adequately and appropriately integrated within relevant CO secondary strategies and priorities in alignment with the regional strategy • Contribute to the development of country P & C strategy, priorities and annual plan in support of and in alignment with NO P & C strategies and priorities• Collaborate with other NO/sub-regional functions to ensure that P & C priorities and standards are adequately and appropriately integrated within relevant CO secondary strategies and priorities in alignment with the regional strategy.• Support the CO in developing effective P & C strategies and plans appropriate to their context in alignment with the sub regional, regional and global P & C strategies and priorities.• Contribute to organization wide communication and change management processes to support implementation of CO P & C strategy as part of broader NO sub-regional strategy communication and change management plan.
