I am a Danish qualified lawyer entitled to appear before the Danish Supreme Court. I have a Ph.D. from Aarhus University on smart contracts. My focus areas are:- People management, leadership & execution.- Litigation & negotiation. - International contract drafting & Commercial Law.- Legal Compliance in all forms and shapes.- Smart contracts & blockchain technology.- Strategy development and implementation.- Company Secretary and Board experience.In 2015 I was among the Danish in-house counsels admitted to the Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Nordics.
