My People Management style is based on open and honest communication with team members and learners to facilitate an environment where questions and self-motivation are embedded.I have a detailed understanding of both the theory and practicalities behind differing learning styles as well as how to impart knowledge through coaching. I strive to maximise potential in a wide range of learners across disciplines whilst pushing for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
