As an ambitious leader I set high expectations and support others to be at their best in their own careers. My People Management style is based on open and honest communication with team members and learners to facilitate an environment where questions and self-motivation are embedded.I have a detailed understanding of both the theory and practicalities behind differing learning styles as well as how to impart knowledge through coaching. I strive to maximise potential in a wide range of learners across disciplines whilst pushing for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
