This was a major win from a long term incumbent competitor• Co-Lead the NAB whole of infrastructure deal in 2009-2010 for over $1B. Lead the co-creation of the solution with the NAB team.• In 2000 became the first IBM certified Senior Consulting Technical Solution Manager in Asia Pacific and one of the first few globally. Mentored and drove the Technical Solution Manager practice throughout Asia Pacific.• Developed the first Multi-supplier Service Management model based on ITIL for the General Motors Next Generation program.• Won the IBM global deal team of the year award twice.
