With over fifteen years of experience in project development and management, I am the Regionchef at Nordr Sverige, a leading construction and property development company in Sweden. I am responsible for overseeing the entire project life cycle, from land acquisition and planning to construction and delivery, for residential and commercial projects in the Gothenburg and Malmo regions.I have a strong background in civil engineering, with a Master of Science degree from Chalmers tekniska högskola and additional studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. I also have an MBA from the University of Gothenburg, which gives me a solid understanding of the economic and financial aspects of the real estate industry. I have developed and managed multiple projects for Veidekke Bostad, where I have been the Projektutvecklingschef since 2017, with a team of seven project developers under my supervision.My core competencies include project planning, contract management, project management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance.
