Product Manager for a team of 8 within User Platform. User Platform consists of the product areas Identity and Access.Leading and facilitating the work of defining and detailing the teams initiatives and OKRs in the quarterly planning, and then then executing on these. This work includes research and hypothesis, development of vision and strategy, and breaking down initiatives in a prioritised backlog. Initiatives delivered on include User account evolution, P0 database migration, and development of our data products.Deliveries included:• Driving the work of evolving Spotify's identity and access ecosystem, by conducting meetings with stakeholders and PMs from 11 R&D teams and capturing their needs from an account and settings perspective, including Anchor, Spotify Live, Soundtrap, and Premium access management.• Established close collaborations with our user research and design team that performed end-user interviews to inform our strategic work, UX, and UI design within the identity and access space.• Performed a successful a split of the squad into two teams and contributed in defining the Identity and access product areas.

Leading the PM work with a team within Financial Engineering, Composer Product Area.As a team we where responsible for Spotify’s settlement capabilities. Initiatives included implementing Google Pay, Klarna upgrades, and PSP hyper-automation.Deliveries as Product Manager within Financial Engineering included:• Defining and testing hypotheses set up about the product. Conducting problem-deep dives and developing a product vision in collaboration with the team, we could align on and strive for.• Working with opportunity intake and stakeholders to manage and commit resources for cross-product initiatives.• Defining the product roadmap in collaboration with senior and principal PMs• Break down initiatives into actionable near-term and long-term phases and work with the Engineering Manager and the Engineers in the squad to ship them.• Using data from BigQuery to build the cases for and to evaluate product initiatives.

The Click & Collect team is responsible for developing and running the in-house built solution that offers customers sustainable in-store delivery options. The product spans order-to-delivery, including delivery options at checkout (hm.com), web, and mobile applications used in-store. As a high-performing team, we designed, built, and delivered customer-facing services globally. • Led initiatives from idea to shipped product, including workshops, development of product requirements, and user testing with UX designers in the H&M retail stores.• Implemented scaled agile by facilitating agile ceremonies and planning cross-product initiatives, aligning with stakeholders, and building a network in the new business tech organization.• Lead PI planning in accordance with the SAFe framework and facilitate coordination between product teams• Implemented the Objectives and key results goal-setting framework

H&M focuses on continued growth in online and to improve the omnichannel experience for customers, which aims to provide a more seamless experience between stores and online.Responsibilities• Lead development of requirements of services and mobile device apps used in-store. With a focus on the areas of process design, user experience design, UI, and integrations.• Working in a team building H&M:s Click & Collect solution which is gradually being rolled out worldwide. The solution includes apps on mobile devices, web, and backend.

Freight Investor Services is a commodity derivative and freight brokerage firm that hired Polar Cape to design and develop a responsive web-based trading platform. Responsibility areas- Pre-sale work, market research, design research and initial mockups- Process and user story mapping- Prioritization of the backlog, managing requirements changes and estimates- Estimations together with architects and developers- Facilitate workshops, define requirements and user stories- Follow up on development progress and budget

Emric, which is a part of the Tieto group, is a leading financial tech company within loan origination that builds responsive web-applications and automated systems for loan applications, credit decisions, financial ledgers, and payments.I was the Requirements Lead in a team consisting of QA Lead, Architect, Dev Lead, and a team of developers who built customized solutions of Emric’s loan origination product. The SCRUM team consisted of developers locally and off-shore.The work included:• Leading workshops• Working with customers to define their product and make the right business decisions.• Creating backlog and leading the work of detailing user stories• Working on new product features, custom integrations, and requirements for test automation.I was the requirements lead in two projects from start to end where banks were taken into production with Emric’s solution. The projects were evaluated as very successful and as some of the fastest in time-to-market for Emric.

In the role of Product Owner/Business Analyst I joined a small team with the objective to build up the product Bambora Growth Capital at the fintech and payment service group Bambora. The products aimed to help small and medium size business owners to champion every day commerce.Achievements• Established product and service definitions including target market, target customer segments, key features and sales channels.• A complete analysis and mapping of current processes and creation of a strategy to scale up the product.• Research and creation of detailed requirements for software development including backend system logic and front-end wireframes. Evaluation and signing of a consultant firm and initiation of development.Bambora is a buy and build initiative by Nordic Capital where 11 companies have been acquired and consolidated into Bambora Group AB. Bambora involves some of the payment industry's prime innovators, engineers, financial advisors, marketers and digital developers with the common goal of simplifying trade between people, in stores as well as online.

In the role as Senior Analyst, I worked at the Product management department and with Nasdaq’s Vilnius outsourcing project. The Product Management Team were responsible for products including Broker services, Nordic fund market, Rules and Regulations of NASDAQ Derivatives Markets and equity products.In this role, several complex systems and processes needed to be thoroughly understood, including clearing and settlement, fund management and equity derivatives management. The work provided helped enable the organizational changes and the transition of operations to Vilnius.

In the role as Business Analyst in the product management team, I worked with the development of a new transparent way to price home mortgages. The new service enabled users to calculate their mortgage rebate online by entering information about the loan and the services used in the bank.Responsibilities• Responsible for the delivery of and for developing the requirements for reporting services enabling the operation of the new mortgage price model.• Performing analysis used to shape the product offerings, pricing and interest rate levels and communicating insights with clarity and precision to stakeholders. Designed BI-dashboards and reports that where distributed throughout the company.• Responsible for leading the development to fulfil the transparency legislation which requires banks to publish the average interest rates of home mortgages.• As a member of the interest rate committee, I prepared weekly proposals for interest rate changes based on market rates, competitor analysis and financial and sales statistics.• As a member of the mortgage analysis team, I contributed with analysis focused on customer insights that were used to drive growth initiatives.ServiceNow was used for requirement and backlog management. A four-week Scrum sprint cycle was employed at Skandia with daily stand-up meetings, the agile development process was incorporated in the way requirements and user stories were written.ChallengesIn order to build the reporting services for the new pricing model, several old systems and products had to be analyzed and understood. The data from these systems and products needed to be delivered to the data warehouse.Business valueThe delivery of the reporting services enabled the operation of the new pricing model. Data that was made available by the reporting services were also used to understand the impact of the new pricing model, its effect on customer behaviour, growth and margins.

The requirements analysis performed at Nordnet was for the development of a Qlikview report that were used for monitoring large holdings (percentage of shares in a company) by Nordnet’s pension subsidiary. The holdings needed to be reported if certain thresholds where breeched.ResponsibilitiesDesign department• As a Master thesis intern at the design department I performed end-user research, developed, and presented my project: iPad design concept for Nordnet• Statistics for PR news letters, summaries of analyst estimates.Treasury and Middle Office• Requirements analysis for Qlikview development, Risk analysis in Quantum RiskChallengesTo develop the requirements rules and regulations of the financial markets had to be interpreted which was done in corporation with the Legal department.
