This software product strategy included an analysis of why this product is beneficial for NEC and for the customers, business model, license model, development strategy (in-house or outsource), quality assurance policy, cooperation partners (community/eco system building), sales strategy, marketing, logistics and legal contracts. This all with the aim to create a software business on a global scale.Above described strategy was successfully implemented and by that the first software product within NEC Electronics world wide.ManagementResponsible for building up and managing the software team.
