• Modeling and Financial Practice Leader, Financial Advisor and Project Finance Expert roles held on eleven separate projects for CPCS from 2012-2016. Sectors included energy, rail, road, marine and bus transport throughout Africa, Middle East and Asia.• PF Expert for two separate financial prioritization models in support of rail master plans for the East African Community (EAC) and the Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS). EAC prioritization results were published in the influential “Railway Gazette International”, June 2016 edition. • Engaged as the Finance Expert involved in structuring the largest rail PPP transaction in Philippines (2015).• PF Expert for a bus transit PPP transaction advisory in Philippines, the first of its kind in Manila. (2015)• PF Expert for the landmark Nairobi Southern By-Pass Toll Road transaction in Kenya. (2015)• PM on two greenfield rail feasibility studies in Nigeria which involve engineering design, environmental, economic, financial and PPP analysis components. Held similar leadership roles in five other projects in rail and energy sectors between 2012-2016 for clients such as EAC, WB, IFC.• Deputy TL on the “Development of a Reform Roadmap for the Electricity Distribution Sector” in Iraq for Iraq’s Ministry of Electricity and the World Bank (2013-2015). I managed a large consortium, lead client interactions in Turkey, Lebanon and Iraq, negotiated subcontracts, developed internal ToRs and was a key expert in the drafting of the Final Roadmap and Investment Plan.• Finance Expert leading financial due diligence and core sell side negotiating member in Nigeria's energy sector for PHCN and NDPHC. USD 3.0 Billion in privatizations of Nigeria's distribution and generation power plants reached financial close in 2013.
