As an Operations Manager at DoD, I oversee the daily operations of the maintenance and logistics teams, ensuring the availability and reliability of generators and power supplies for mission-critical systems. I leverage my MBA in Business Administration and my Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance Management to plan, coordinate, and execute projects, budgets, and contracts, as well as to manage and train staff, conduct quality assurance, and comply with safety and environmental regulations. I also apply my skills and knowledge in avionics maintenance technology, which I gained from my Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the Community College of the Air Force and my previous work experience as an Avionics Technician and Supervisor.
