Lecturer in Air Law (EASA), Airline Crew Planning, Ground Operations Management, Air Cargo Logistics, Modelling & Simulation (SIMIO, CAST).

- Management of a team of 20 lecturers and researchers and their task allocation.- Implementation of the HR policy and ensuring the optimal functioning and composition of the team to support the strategic objectives.- Contribute to the development and realisation of the current and future curriculum and its connection with the research program.- Responsible for the educational organisation and logistics of the team.- Organising the staffing and necessary facilities for the delivery of the curriculum activities.- Monitoring, advising on and optimising the quality of education and supervising the implementation of improvement actions.- Representing the Aviation Academy in the industry, building and maintaining a network of relevant internal and external stakeholders/partners.

Responsibilities include:- Management of IATA's Safety Audit programme for Ground Operations (ISAGO), ISO9001, ISO14001, Cargo 2000, TAPA TACCS.- Internal and external auditing.- Monitoring and evaluation of key industry performance indicators (i.e on time performance)- Monitoring of Service Level Agreements.

Daily supervision of ground handling activities at Schiphol Airport (50-70 daily departures). Tasks included turn around monitoring, SITA messaging monitoring, ground-to-cockpit communications, staff & resource planning, ad-hoc flight preparations. Good understanding of ground handling organization, good communicating skills and experienced CFMU CIA & IFPUV user.

Preparation of manual or DCS load and trim sheet to ensure aircraft safety. Experienced user with RTB, Alteá (Amadeus), WAB (Lufthansa), axsControl (HP) and Aplus (Aviapartner user system).
