On my current job I get to work on CRJ 200 and DHC-8 and get to travel all over Africa in support of the UN missions.

At the beginning of my Kenn Borek career I was based out of Inuvik. I was a crew chief on night shift and our team was responsible for maintaining our company fleet, which included Twin Otter, Bandit, Beech 99, King Air 100 and 200. In October of 2006 I was transferred to a US military contract, which traveled all around the world doing aerial surveys. I was a sole mechanic responsible for maintaining a King Air 200 and provide any assistance required by the client and work side by side with the locals who would assist us with things we needed. From 2012 to 2014 I was put on our Twin Otter contracts which took me to the opposite ends of the world. I did a tour at the North Pole and a tour in Antarctica in support of the National Science Foundation.

I started my career at Bearskin Airlines as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Apprentice. I got licensed in 2001. I had a chance to work on: Metro 3 and 23, KIng Air 100, Beech 99 and Pilatus. Duties included: scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and trouble shooting of all aircraft systems, including avionics.
