Assistant Director - Technology Support Services
CurrentI oversee all projects and major enhancements to systems and business processes. Working closely with the Manager Technology and Digital Support and the rest of the organisational team, I ensure that projects are executed, delivering optimum results to our stakeholders and clients. My role contributes to the strategic direction of the organisation by creating and supporting relevant, original and impactful ideas and solutions for TIS National and the broader department. My role also focuses on aligning projects with business needs and strategic direction of the Department and the government as a whole. The primary objective is to develop and implement clear strategies to ensure that projects maintain momentum and direction over their lifecycle.
