Fuel Procurement Manager
CurrentDevelop Procurement strategy to deliver value in the most significant supply chain categories, including:− fuel imports and annual fuel tender,− local bulk fuel purchases and annual multi-port tender, wholesale sales and swaps,− NZUs to meet New Zealand’s ETS requirements,− Cartage of fuel to network of retail sites, and− Retail operations 3rd party contractors.Lead major procurement activities / projects in a structured and organised manner, involving:− spend analytics and identification of key commercial terms,− tenders and market engagement,− negotiations− evaluation of tender responses,− collaborating on contracting with legal advisors, and− stakeholder management and governance.Supply Chain Management* Bring effective governance to procurement and supplier management activities by developing a suitable framework, policies and procedures, including suitable SLAs and KPIs for suppliers to adhere to.* Strategic vendor management of key suppliers in conjunction with business leaders to ensure the delivered fuels, products and/or services meet expectations in terms of cost, timeframe and quality.* Build and maintain good relationships with industry participants and potential vendors.* Identify and resolve supplier performance issues early, especially in instances where these arecommercially significant and/or operationally critical and may introduce unwanted risk to the business.
