In his role, Peter collaborates with all vital stakeholders on capital structure and day-to-day project operations while building partnerships and negotiating real estate acquisitions. This entails developing, co-developing, raising capital and managing the refinance and/or disposition process to ensure the success of every Silver Creek investment. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed more than 2,000 units of senior and multifamily housing units across the country.Over the past quarter century, Peter has gained extensive knowledge in all areas of finance, including cash flow analysis and capital structures fundamental to the long-term sustainability of housing projects. In fact, he’s frequently called upon to illustrate how tax increment financing can benefit communities, both cities and residents alike. Peter holds a BA in Marketing and Operations Management from the University of St. Thomas,
