- Co-coordinated the Mental Health Research Project, the first large-scale study to investigate the presence of mental illnesses among prisoners on death row across India. Roles included designing and conducting psychosocial fieldwork, grant writing, budget management, liaising with government officials, legislative outreach, policy analysis, conference organization, data maintenance, and internship coordination.- Pioneered research into the intersection of human sacrifice and capital punishment in India, with a focus on the psychosocial reasons for the rise in human sacrifice cases in India, and the corresponding judicial mania of applying capital punishment to these cases as a misguided solution- Understanding the causes for the online rise of support for extreme/extrajudicial punishment in India and how this influences death sentencing decisions
