Interior and infrastructure worksMall of the Emirates interior worksDubai Mall interior worksBulgari Apartment civil and interior worksDuties & RESPONSIBLITIES :Planning, Scheduling, Execute the works as perAFC drawings.Supervising & monitoring all construction activities according to Standard Specifications,AFC drawings.Internal Inspection of works as per AFC Drawings & standard Specifications, Quality Checklists.Report the daily site activies including labours allocations to project manager & Forwading of weekly work progress reports, work updates etc to project manager.Raising of INSPECTION REQUEST (IR), REQUEST FOR INFORMATIONS(RFI) etc to Consultant through proper Channel and maintaining the above records( IR’s, RFI’s, Test Reports, Work Executed, NCR’s etc).Raising of NON CONFIRMATION REPORT(RFI) against poor quality in liaison with QA/QC Engineer.Making Quality inspection reports like concrete pour cards, Reinforcement placement records, check lists, site observation notes etc. and maintaining the above records also.Determine the priorities of works, Monitoring & Controlling manpower/Labour Force, extracting daily labours Productivity (outturn reports)& monitoring Resources utilization etc.Co-ordinate with other dept. crews such as MEP for timely completion of projects and handing over civil works (after completion) to MEP dept. to proceed their works and getting clearance from MEP dept. to complete the civil works etc.Review the civil contract drgs according to MEP drgs. requirement.Co-ordinates with Client & Consultant for Inspection of works.Co-ordinate with sub contractor activities to ensure orderly and efficient completion of works & making bills to sub contractor.Calculate the requirement of materials (Procurement) and reviews of stock of materials in store, raising of materials requisitions etc.Checking of materials as per consultant approved before using in the site.Following of Quality Control procedures, HSE procedures for Mainta
