Inspecting parts from 20 plastic moulding presses, checking for mica,flash,short shots,splay,scratches or damage. as well as checking all are packed correctly, all labelling is correct and all paperwork is up to date and correct (pqf, sop,mmf).

Looking after the health and safety of a 5 man shift. Full filling KPI's. Following spc' to keep the plant process running to a chemical and physical spec that is demanded by the Redcar blast Furnace. Making 12'000 te per day to keep the blast Furnace fed with sinter. Following COMAH standards (top tier comah site)

Process operator on Redcar Coke Ovens By products plant focusing on Benzole and Naphthalene plants.

Keeping the sinter plant running. Keeping all shift personnel safe. Keeping plant running to specific spc's and quality guidelines.

Operator on Redcar Sinter Plant feeding Redcar blast Furnace with 12'000 te of sinter per day. Operating overhead and pendant cranes, forklifts and bobcats as well as keeping conveyor systems and chutes clear and maintained.

Operator at Redcar ore terminal. Checking clearing conveyor systems. Driving heavy machinary moving materials at around 1000 te per hour.
