AB Vendax was acquired by GE Capital in January 1994.Before I was promoted to Sales Manager i worked as Sales rep at Vendax.I was responsible for our cooperation with the US based computer broker, Comdisco. My work was to sell Vendax’s leasing solutions to large enterprises in Sweden, but also to educate, coach and participate in customer visits together with Vendax sales force (appr 15). It was also my responsibility, on daily basis with the Comdisco offices in Europe and US, become updated on the market prices on IBM mainframes and relevant demand and supply figures. During my time as sales representative I won several sales competitions and become a permanent member of the Vendax 100-club.
