Equally, senior engineers are sought for project creation, design management and ownership roles.Ownership will be offered to people who have common sense, can accept responsibility for themselves and prepared to enhance the skills of others.Apart from the training and encouragement to advance one’s career, rewards are a market salary, bonuses based on profits and simple agreed objectives; mostly behavioural and the very real option to help build and to own part of a company based on human values and talents.
