Work Responsibilities:1) Extract material list from the project BOQ to have a baseline and identify the scope of work.2) Making technical and financial comparisons for the material list between many companies to ensurethat we had the best choice with the best offer.3) Coordinate with the quality control, cost control and technical office departments to ensure that wehad the best quality within the project budged according to the project specs for the differentmaterials.4) Study any upcoming engineer instructions with coordination with the technical office to concludethe impacts which may request a variation order to the client “Request for change”5) Revising the subcontracts made for the subcontractors and circulate them to all the sitedepartments to make sure that the subcontract is technically and financially accepted as well asattaching time schedule to it so the subcontractor shall abide it.6) Monitors the subcontractor deliveries and activity on the site to evaluate their performance andmake sure that we are meeting the project time schedule.7) Dispatching RFI, RFP, CVI, etc... to communicate professionally and documented with the consultant.8) Answering and finding solutions for the subcontractor technical office and for the site inquires.9) Attending periodicity meetings with the client, consultant, subcontractors to take decisions and toreach agreements about the project.
