- Maintenance Engineer in the Stamping Plant, in charge of 3 fitters and 3 electricians. Supervised the trades on the day to day maintenance. - Ran the maintenance database (MAXIMO 7) for the stamping plant.- Ensured the preventative maintenance (PMs) tasks met the target completion date – 90% completion rate.- Supervised contractors on site and ensured they met all the safety requirements when working on site by completing START cards, ATCW or Working at Heights forms depending on the job task.- Controlled the maintenance budget ($500k/yr) and the replenishment of spare parts.- Supervised production personnel (35 people) in the absence of the production supervisor & ensured they build to schedule.
