Lead Gas Plant Operator for Central Gas Drive, Windibri (Upstream), the scope of my Role includes Managing the day to day Control of Work, Permit Issuing and safe operation of 3 Field Compression Stations and 1 Central Processing Plant. Leading and Mentoring Operations team across both day and night shifts. Working with Maintenance Disciplines in Planned and Corrective Maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is available and our production targets are attained. Responsibilities Include:• Draft, Verify, Authorise and Issue Permits, ensuring COW processes and safe systems of work. Request, Authorise and confirm Isolations, Ensuring the Safety of Equipment and Personnel on site. • Developing procedures and staying up to date with the latest revisions of QGC HSSE Procedures• Mentor, Lead and Develop Operations work Teams, training and encouraging a culture of life long learning • Communicate with staff, Conducting Prestarts, Discussions with Permit Holders around work scope and SIMOP's, Toolbox talks Discussing safety and roll out of procedures with personnel, Standing Instructions and ORA's etc and ensuring understanding of safe operating procedures, policies and regulations are met.• Operation and Monitoring of Compression and AUX Equipment, Screw and Reciprocal Compressors, TEG's, Generators, A/C's and N2 generators, Diagnosing Equipment Faults, Interpreting data, recording, reviewing and compiling operating records.• Attending Scheduling and PDR Meetings, Working with Maintenance teams, ensuring resourcing is adequate and equipment is prepared for planned maintenance. Coordinating break in maintenance activities for best effectiveness to preserve maintenance schedule and ensure production targets are met.• Complete regular SSOW effectiveness monitoring, PTW and ICC inspections and offer guidance to Operators and PH’s on issues detected.• Working with T/A team assisting in all areas and executing shutdown events

Acting Lead Gas Plant Operator for Central Gas Drive, Windibri (Upstream), the scope of this role was a secondment for the Windibri CPP P01 Flare Project, Which in addition to coordinating Project Teams, also included managing the day to day Control of Work, Permit Issuing and safe operation of 3 Field Compression stations and 1 Central Processing Plant. I accepted this secondment role to further develop my knowledge and skill set. I learned a great deal in this challenging position.Responsibilities Included: • Leading Operations team, encouraging and supporting operators • Communication with staff across disciplines, Projects, Maintenance, Turnarounds, Engineering and Transmissions • Permit Development, review and Issuing. Supervising, training and coordinating Control of Work for up to 50 personnel across multiple work fronts, during preshut down works, which included activities such as Excavation within a live plant and Hot Work, welding in a habitat directly adjacent to live facility and multiple complex lifting activities. managing third party contractors for Projects, along with identifying and managing SIMOP's with scheduled maintenance activities.• Attending Scheduling and PDR Meetings, Working with Maintenance teams, ensuring resourcing is adequate and equipment is prepared for planned maintenance. Coordinating break in maintenance activities for best effectiveness to preserve maintenance schedule and ensure production targets are met.• Working closely with Turnaround team, Reviewing work scopes, N2 Purging and leak testing plans, developing Complex Isolations with Hierarchies for Boundary Isolations for T/A events, developing and reviewing procedures for repressurisation and restart of P01. Performing Isolations and depressuration activities, Controlling Work as an area owner at P01 during the shutdown. Managing the safe deisolation and start up of facility post works.

Gas Plant Operator for Central Gas Drive, Windibri (Upstream), the scope of my role included the Operating of a diverse range of heavy machinery and equipment, Reciprocating and Screw Compressors and Drivers, TEG units, and Auxiliary equipment such as Gas and Diesel gensets, Air compressors, N2 generators. Managing day to day Operations of 3 Field Compression Stations and 1 Central Processing Plant, as Area Owner, Performing Isolations and N2 Purging of Equipment for maintenance and having conversations with Permit Holders and work crews around the safe execution of work on site.Responsibilties Included:• Monitoring of Equipment, observing Temperature, Pressure, Level and Flow gauges, transmitters and trends. Diagnosing Equipment Faults, recording, reviewing and compiling operating records. Interpreting trends on data in monitoring systems such as SCADA and PI to identify issues and optimise opportunities for production efficiency.• Diagnosing production/technical issues; strong mechanical aptitude, personal ability for critical thinking, able to problem shoot well, being solutions focused in maintaining Gas Plant machinery and equipment; and attending to preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.• Isolating and Depressurising / N2 Purging of equipment for maintenance activities. developing Isolations. Deisolating and start up of equipment after maintenance.• Assisting Transmissions and UCR with scheduled pigging activities, managing flows and separator levels during pigging events.• Complete all Operator tasks and reads, Review and contribute to SOP's, redlining operations documents to meet SSOW requirements, while streamlining efficiencies in what we do • As Area owner, being responsible for and controlling all activities within my facility.
