Returning to the First Call Team after a handful of years away, I am responsible for heading up the growth of their National Corporate Sales. Solely focusing on on-site and volume opportunities, my main goal is to support our customers with a tailored approach, reducing cost and streamlining their engagement with temporary staff. Our investment in the most recent tech the industry has to offer gives our clients visibility and real time data at the press of a button. Founded over 25 years ago, First Call has become a market leader in the recruitment industry with a client portfolio that includes some of the largest retailers and logistics businesses across the UK.

With over 20 years of experience within the recruitment industry I work hand in hand with our strategic partners to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to their business.As a company we pride ourselves in understanding the needs of our customers ensuring that we deliver quality candidates, on time. Knowing this i spend much of my time working on site along side our new customers and joint ventures becoming an extension to their own team to ensure we deliver on all their business needs for as long as they need us.

Although officially based in Milton Keynes I spend much of my time travelling the UK supporting a national client base and these clients are supported by a First Call branch network of 28 offices currently. My flexible approach and innovative solutions to the service we provide ensure that I am able to offer a tailored solution to my client so that we can deliver exactly what they need, every time. As well as offering financial, real savings off the bottom line and after undergoing a calculated review of a client’s operation, I look to streamline their processes in order to make additional savings as well as offering a much higher value to the level of service previously received. Through high level negotiations with members of the board as well as both procurement and Human Resources teams I endeavour to build a true strategic partnership rather than being “just another supplier”.
