Design oilfield equipment, which includes developing conceptual models and providing manufacturing drawings. Update current existing designs by reducing manufacturing cost and required production time. Provided improvements of the current centralized digital control system by updating the programable logic controller (PLC) programming code. Designed and developed a more cost effective controls system. Work on various manufacturing projects dealing with the quoting, planning and execution of the projects. Ensured the projects are completed correct, and on schedule, acting as the contact point for the customer as well as the suppliers.Implemented Engineering document control including Non Conformance Reports (NCR's), Engineering Change Request (ECR's) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN's). This was used to determine errors and issues with current existing drawings and manufacturing practices, and provided a solid foundation in eliminating issues moving forward.

Designed a new tire changing machine which reduced the overall size of the machine however it still provided the same functionality of normal size tire changing machine. Designed and developed various over equipment to improve the functionality of current existing equipment and increase efficiency for the end user.
