Who am I?I am passionate about developing digital products, following the product from its inception to its reaching the consumer. I am user-oriented to the core, as ultimately, they are the ones who need to approve the product. Therefore, co-creation with the target audience is a development approach that greatly appeals to me, and one that I like to use throughout the entire project process.With a bachelor's degree in innovation and entrepreneurship, experience as a digital marketing consultant, and many years of being self-employed, I have an in-depth understanding of what it takes to achieve results online.I have founded, built, and grown a digital medical device company from 0-35 FTEs with a P&L of 3.5 million Euros per year. I have taken the company through stages such as idea inception, product launch, changing the org. from development org. to commercial org., commercial internationalization, and professionalization of the board of directors. As a leader, my core beliefs are; - Team successes over individual success. When the team succeeds, there is always room for individual success, but not the other way around.- Trustful leadership. I trust the people I hire. I listen to them, help them thrive and motivate them, so their teams can reach their goals. - Positive company culture drives people. People who understand why they are doing their tasks and feel safe and heard deliver results, both short term and long term.
