Mes (Manufacturing Execution System) Specialist Ict Department
-Implementation of manufacturing systems and cooperation with preparation and realization of ICT projects-Integration between databases, MES systems and Production systems-Administration and Management applications - Reporting Systems and MES Systems-Support and take care about functionality of Reporting and MES systems-Communication with central team-Communication with supplier of application and production machines regarding MES requirements- managing of change requests-Support of implementation and usage of MES systems-Maintaining a high availability of MES systems and services communicating with MES and optimization of their processes-Training for all departments for all MES systems according needs.-Technical Management of On Call Duty in case of needs also with relation with other departments-Management of Local HD1 tickets for all team members on JIRA ticket portal-Analysis of business processes for understanding and better implementation of internal needs-Be an active part of all phases of solution/project-Design and prepare optimal business process and solutions which are supporting and controlling the production process-Be a part of optimization of products "Lean manufacturing" and part of integration machines to production-Implementation best of solutions, including and try to identify optional and innovative systems solutions with changing/modifying the MES systems and his parts-Create process documentation, test all MES solutions, prepare training materials, perform the trainings and test of users according knowledge and usage of MES systems-Performing a tasks as a partner of internal customers with managing of MES responsibilities of projects-Realization of agreements with the supplier of MES systems and SW applications
