With a career journey that began at sea at the young age of 16, I have always been driven by a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. My early years were spent navigating the challenges of the maritime industry, where I rose through the ranks to serve as Chief Officer and Captain on passenger ferries in the stunning Finnish archipelago. This experience taught me invaluable leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.In parallel to my studies, I gained experience in customer service as a bartender, honing my communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment. This adaptability has been a cornerstone of my career.I moved from Finland to Oslo in 2015, and for the past 7 years, I've brought my versatile skill set to Yamaha. Initially hired as a salesman, my role quickly expanded to encompass a wide range of responsibilities. Something I thrive on.
