Peter is the managing partner at Equisolve Advisory Services with over 30 years’ experience in financial management, auditing, tax planning, accounting, project management, business advisory and insolvency in Zambia and the UK. In 2005 he was one of the founders of Capital Equity Resources Plc, a SEC-regulated asset management company. His track record is also tainted with pioneering experiences, including establishing his own consulting firms, PMK Investment Management Limited and Equisolve Advisory Services. Peter’s experience extends to guiding parastatals and state-owned enterprises, particularly in the areas of organisation and management of audits; preparation of annual group accounts; taxation; internal audit; management accounting and budget preparation; computerising accounting systems; insurance; personnel supervision and; and payroll management. Notably, he was one of the pioneers of Zambia’s privatisation programme, heading the Business Analysis Division of the Zambia Privatisation Agency, a unit charged to manage privatisation at the time. On the corporate governance front, Peter has previously served on several boards, including as Chairman of Kukula Capital Limited, and is currently a member of Veritas General Insurance Plc, Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone Limited, and ASA Microfinance Zambia Limited boards.
