I joined Romans in 1991; at that time Romans was a small company employing 10 people. Over the past 29 years the business has grown geographically and also expanded the range of property services it provides. In 2016 both businesses were brought together under The Leaders Romans Group and in total employs over 2000 people nationwide in over 160 locations. My role as Chief Executive Officer is a great challenge and the potential of the business is huge .My role also enables me to work with many great people in all of our businesses.
